One Heddon Street provides co-working serviced offices in an elegant Grade II listed building located close to Regent Street.
Dendy Byrne were appointed to provide full project management and contract administration services.
The project comprised a fit-out of six upper floors to create the co-working, office and meeting room spaces with a restaurant provision at ground floor. The space has been developed to provide a mixture of co-working desks, private offices of varying sizes, meeting rooms, break out facilities and an event space.
The conversion of the ground floor accommodation to an ancillary restaurant use required changes to the fenestration, services upgrade works and implementation of a retrofit ventilation extract system to suit the operator’s specific requirements, which were undertaken working around the existing building constraints.
The project was successfully delivered and achieved WELL Certification at the Platinum level, which was a world first for a fully fitted co-working space.
