Originally occupied by the Institute of Painters in Water Colours in 1883 and later converted in the 1930s to commercial accommodation with an Arcade to link Jermyn Street and Piccadilly, Princes House now comprises a series of offices arranged around a central atrium.
Dendy Byrne were appointed to provide project and cost management services for a series of Cat B fit outs to office suites.
A quick turnaround was required to deliver the schemes and we assisted our client in progressing the design and project delivery to meet this requirement.
We further assisted our client in their discussions with prospective customers and subsequently tailored the fit out works to suit any specific requirements that incoming tenants had.
We provided additional assistance to the client and their managing agents during these works to assist in resolving longstanding issues with some of the communal services and main roof.
